School-oo!

As you might have already noticed, it's now September. The month which I reckon all students dread. School, school, school. We're back to school. No fun.

I've been as Asian student till this very moment of my life and have been educated in Asia till now. I can tell you that it is extremely stressful to be a student in Asia. Especially when the thinking here is that : Good grades or die.

I am not trying to moan or something but I'd just like to tell you how different school is here than it is in the West. Firstly, we (Hong Kong students) have to wear school uniforms. Uniform is definitely not a new thing in the United Kingdom, but it is to a lot of other people in the rest of the world. School uniform isn't a problem on its own, but when schools take it too seriously, it is.

Here, at least in Hong Kong, most schools are very, extremely strict with how a student of their school should look like. Therefore, you might think we all look like robots. We all have our hair tied up, trimmed the same way ; we (almost all) wear glasses ; we wear dresses / skirts / trousers the same length... Yes. At school, there are teachers, inspectors and prefects to check if you're in the right format or not. If you don't obey long enough, you might even get suspended from school for a while!

That's it with uniforms, let's move on to schools and lessons. There are technically three types of schools here, catagorised by their languages as the medium of teaching : 1) English Secondary; 2) Chinese Secondary and 3) International School. It is quite clear that 1) uses English for all subjects except Chinese-related subjects and surprisingly, 2) is the total opposite. Lastly, 3) is usually for posh kids or students from overseas. They use solely English and usually have other languages for students to study.

As for lessons, a lot of traditional schools in Hong Kong require a lot of memorising. Memorising, I must agree, is compulsory when learning the basics of a certain subject. It is not so ideal though, when you're digging down a subject or reaching a higher level of understanding. Here is the case, in Hong Kong, no-one really cares if you understand or not, just as long as you memorise your notes well and get good grades.

This is what I do not like about education in Asia, because a lot of people think grades = your whole life. No-one cares about your interests, hobbies... All they care is : results. I think it is totally wrong and disgusting when people only focus on your results and judge you basing on your exam results. I totally disagree that a person is only made up of results. There are many more aspects of a person that makes one a person.

I think it is sickening to live in a society (or say, continent) which judges people solely basing on their results. Moaning over, time to get back to school and probably sob.

I wish you an enjoyable school year, even though it is not very much enjoyable for me!

Lord, I wish you could stop the time - two days ago, I went to the best gig ever I've ever ever been to in my entire life. Yes, I daresay so.

The lovely Delphic and Two Door Cinema Club came to Hong Kong for their first show in this petite city. I've always been a huge fan of Delphic. On the concert day, I was too excited that I only had a meal and some sports drink before the show. I survived. Wow.

A local band PixelToy (or something) opened the show. Awful. Terribly awful. The vocalist screamed too much which I thought it was rather unnecessary. To me, I stood and put up with a bunch of cacophony for like 20 minutes or so... My ears started to ringing before the proper gig even started - so thanks for those cacophony.

Delphic was on first. To be fair, I was disappointed seeing them out first. I thought Two Door were supporting them , thus Delphic were going to play longer. It might be obvious that I went to the gig for Delphic, as I like them bit more. (I'm not saying that I don't like TDCC, I'm also a huge fan.)

Started off with Clarion Call, it was legitimately a clarion call to have your feet of the ground - dancing. I danced and tried to record the show at the same time. Failed. Anyway, when Doubt's intro was played, everyone gone wild. I don't know, but people around me seemed not to know the lyrics at all. In my area, I was the only one who was singing along (despite the fact that I sang the wrong verses...).

Back when the show even started, I heard Delphic rehearsing. It was Remain that I heard with my half-deaf ears. I almost cried when I heard them rehearsing that song. It's such a good song which fills my eyes with tears everytime. I don't even know the reason behind.

I was more than happy that they played Red Lights and Remain. The only rant was that Submission wasn't played. Also, they had a bit of technical difficulty halfway through the show... At that time though, Rick was showing off his piano skills. It made me quite ashamed since I seemed to have forgotten completely how one plays a piano.

Delphic's session ended with Acolyte. I enjoyed their session so freaking much. My friend who went with me said to me during Halcyon - "That's exactly what it's like in a disco!!!!!!!".

During the pause, when the gears were being changed and all that, me and my friend had a discussion... We started talking about the height of the band members... All of a sudden, I felt like an ant.

Not long since the pause, TDCC went on. The crowd went crazy. My favourite song by them, Eat That Up, It's Good For You, got played, so I was generally a happy person. They did the encore part, and it was totally amazing. The crowd seemed to have moved a bit more during the TDCC session, which I believe is that Delphic helped them to warm up a bit.

Throughout the show(s), my serious head-bangs caused the security guys to gave me weird looks.

I was so lucky to have met all the members from the two bands after the show. They were so friendly. I had some quick banters with most of the members, and realised how petite I really am. I thought I was talking to trees rather than human beings. Oh, height!

I managed to get my CDs signed by all members from two bands. Also, I managed to hug all of them! Fabulous. It was such a lunatic night - too much epic stuff mixed in a big salad bowl. I suffered from indigestion.

I now have a more urgent urge to move to the UK. I also took my guitar out again and tune it for the very first time in 3 months.

I'd do anything to see them again. Oh, and not to mention moving to the UK.

P.S. I can't upload pics of TDCC performing because I messed up my other memory card. Bother!

Books are fair

As you might know (or not), that there is a book fair which takes place in Hong Kong annually during late July. This year, I participated in the fair more than I had ever imagined I would.

My enthusiastic (nearly mad) participation was triggered by Tuesday's night news. I was drying my hair like usual and suddenly - WHAT? Stephen Fry in Hong Kong?! Well, I saw him tweeting about flying to Hong Kong, but I didn't know the reason behind.

I immediately rsvp'd to the event and got so excited for days. But first thing's first - god, I need a book by him to get it signed!

I got my books ready and read around a hundred pages before the event took place. I seriously have never ever read a book so hilarious yet so well-written. I giggled on the train, outside a restaurant, on a platform, on a bus... I simply ignored the weird looks of pedestrians thinking I just got out from the madhouse.

I left German early in order to get to the venue on time. I was blown away by the bloody long queue and sighed miserably. (How British?) I was so lucky to have got into the theatre which the talk was held. All the other two theatres which were used to broadcast the talk were packed. How enthusiastic we were?

The talk was brilliant and hilarious. I burst out laughing at both the authors' answers and the audience's questions. A particular question stained my mind : a guy wrote that question on the paper and had it passed on , he asked "Do you prefer non-friction or friction? That guy was humiliated, of course, and made the whole theatre filled with laughter (and probably tears).

I am so thankful that I got to know another amazing writer that night, Andrew Roberts. He was intelligent and also very witty. Glad to have known another fabulous writer.

After the 2-hour-talk, it was followed by an autograph session. Oh my oh! A very nice guy helped me to get Roberts' autograph because I couldn't manage to line up for both Fry and Roberts at the very same time.

Oh lord. Fry was so down-to-earth and also very tall. I did something really idiotic and which I consider pretty brave. I handed him a vinyl by my favourite band and asked him sincerely to give them a listen. He said he would and I was quite embarrassed by my act. Anyway, I did it.

I got two books signed and took a picture with him. Then , I spent the rest of my night following up my 'fangirl' work. I am still very happy that I've met a man which a lot of people considered 'God' on Youtube (at least?). The next day, I went and grabbed a few titles that were mentioned in the talk. Of course, the titles that were considered good.

Also because of the event, I got a special pass which allows me to go in and out of the Fair as much as I want to. I have been to the Fair again today, altogether four days in a roll.

It's been a while again, I guess. The summer heat has been frying my skin and my soul, dehydrating me whenever I rehydrate. You can never go out without a pair of sunnies because the sunshine blinds you, as if a laser beam was shot directly to your eyes.

The summer heat makes people lazy, and thus, makes people feel sleepy. I slept, and dreamed.

I dreamed of my life...fastforwarded a few years later.

As you may know, I am a Europe lover. I've been saying that I'm going to live in Europe when I grow up. I was silly enough, to dream about my life there - hopefully should be something that occurs a few years later.

During my remaining teen years and early twenties, I shall be enjoying every bits of my life. I'll go clubbing, booze choking (if I could) and probably house trashing. I shall be in the middle of rushing my work before deadline and soon will earn my first degree. I can foresee that I'll still be a lazy git , a sleepyhead.

Soon after those clumsy and fun-filled years, I should be getting a proper job. Still, having a job doesn't mean that you can't go out and have fun. Oh Friday nights! I will hopefully get a house? With a garden perhaps?

In the garden, I'd get a Golden Retriever and a couple of ducks. I don't know if I could keep the dog alive for how long since I am an extremely lazy person, but I promise I'd try my best. I'd love to wake up to my ducks' quacks, watching their feathers turn from yellow to white.

In Europe, I reckon I'll have less pressure than I do now. It's just bizarre here, you can never imagine how people survive with such amount of pressure. I can never figure that out.

I really do hope that a few years later, I am doing what I've said here. Probably with loads of lingustics work to accompany me.

Firsts

Woah, I got a tooth decay. For the very first time. It hurts.

Basically I went to the dentist's yesterday, got it removed. Yes, removed. 'Cause I was so lucky, the tooth was a milk tooth! I got x-rayed for the very first time. I freaked out as usual, kept bombing my dentist with radiation-related questions.

It went fine but it hurts a tad while he was injecting some anesthetic to my jaw bone. Auch!

That's it. It was pretty much an experience. First time x-raying, first time having a tooth decay!

This year's final exams start on Friday, ends on the 22nd, you won't be seeing me much then!

Amazing Day

Today , has been too epic to conclude using words. Yes.

I've found a few really nice bands today, weird enough, all of them are from Manchester. That's nice, from my favourite country indeed.

Also, planning to see a gig! Oi! I hope I will have the money for tickets... Have been spending too much on magazines and releases.

Radio 1 today was fucking fucking epic. Tracksuits? I feel cheated. Great job, but I think song choice was a lil meh.

Oh yes, the single has finally arrived from Lancashire today. Royal Mail,is really slow slow slow. Still , well, it has arrived!

Everyone has been panicking about exams. Me? Procrastinating. Yea, exams, couldn't give a _ _ _ _ to be honest. I hope I won't mess it up tho.

That's for now, it's been such an amazing day.

Oh well

Hello - it's me again. I haven't been posting in a while, I suck at blogging apparently. I can't even reply to emails on time so what does that tell you?

Recently I've finally got myself a new camera - a Canon IXUS 130.

I got the colour called "silver", which it seems like champagne to me. (It's the one on the far right). It's a really decent and compact camera. It had tonnes of functions too. I shall post some photos later on.

Just had a quick read of what I've posted on this blog. Lame. Lame. Lame. I still don't think I will delete them though - they are memorable. They somehow documented how lame I was.

I have been effing busy lately - I have to choose my subjects for my senior years and I too have to think about university and stuff. Great news is that my mum is pretty much convinced and that insinuates I might not have to stay in Hong Kong for uni. Oh bring me to Europe!

Lastly, I should blog a lot during this summer - I AM GOING TO NEW YORK.
I've never been to America before so I think I should be documenting the trip / journey. Let's see how it goes...

Green Day Forever \m/

Basically I still can't get over this yet...

Last week this time, I was still rocking my heart out at Asia World - Expo. Being squashed till my pants fell off.

Green Day, what more can I say about the show?

Sensational , breath-taking.

It was my first gig, also probably one of the best.

I went there quite early, heard either Prima Donna or Green Day rehearsing.

I saw Tre peeked out so I screamed. He nodded and headed back. Later, Billie peeked out too :).

The gig was amazing. One thing that made it not perfect was the Chinese audience!

Some of them were picked by Billie to go on stage. One guy , whom Billie asked him to stage dive. He literally had no idea how to "stage dive". Therefore, he stood there and everyone got mad ! Stupid him!

I was grateful that I got in the 1st row! Shame that I didn't head to the correct zone as the ticket stated! I originally bought zone B, as I could see Mike and stuff.... It was a chaos when we rushed in, plus there were no zones. All the things thrown by Billie landed on zone B. Gosh, that hurts!

I didn't take many pics nor videos. Hey, I paid to watch them live! Not to watch them through a camera screen ey? I was sooo mad when people could get into the backstage, with VIP passes. I had no idea how they could get them :'( !

The next day I thought I would try my luck and say good bye to them at the airport. They literally left when I was having lunch - FML. I also lost my pencil case at the airport. It was a disaster! I have been blaming myself for days.

I really wanted to ask them questions bout music , rather than fangirling them. Now? They are gone. My heart sank and sank :'( .

This gig feels like it has just finished yesterday - i wish.

I really hope that we have left a good impression! First one of course. It was my first gig ever, also Green Day's first gig ever in Hong Kong!

Now I might move on to Muse, two weeks later. My heart still <3s Green Day a lot lot lot.

Buh-bye 2009!

So tomorrow it's gonna be the last day of 2009. To be honest, I don't think 2009 was/is a very good/bad year. It's just a normal year. Overall, I'm pretty happy with what I've done in 2009.

What I've done :
- Improved my language skills :)
- Improved my drums skills
- Fought for my dream :))))))
- Improved my sucky english :p
- Improved my maths! (this is very important!)
- Ate less meat (since November :) )
- Persuaded a lot of people to visit me - ha!
- Found a lot of amazing bands

What I have not done (and regret ? D:) :
- Left my room uncleaned , messy :(
- Didn't fight for my dream early enough :(
- Didn't make myself a less lazy person
- Didn't save enough money for my plans X__X (fatal fail)
- Ignored my guitar
- Didn't pick up enough languages ;(
- Didn't make videos on a regular basis :p, or simply didn't make.

Basically that's what 2009 is about :). Also, thanks for the amazing Australia trip. I quite like the country :), and of course, the animals :DDD!

Thanks for a normal year, not too good, not too bad. I'm really looking forward to 2010! I'm gonna enjoy gigs for the very first time! I can't really believe that after the 1st of Jan, it's only 15 days till my first gig ever! :)

Hey first of all, let me wish you all a merry christmas :D! It's already Christmas in Hong Kong, which probably afternoon in the UK and night time in the US.

Anyway, I am just gonna say this once again " I'm shite at blogging.". I don't know why, maybe my life is just not interesting? MLIA - that might be the reason why.

So yea, I've got tickets for MUSE and Green Day!!!!! Gonna see them next year!!! This is me being REALLY happy : :))))))! Can't wait really!

Yersh, watched Avatar the day before with a friend of mine Tako, it was brilliant! Except the fact that the 3D glasses gave me a good headache and made me dizzy afterwards. Tako felt the same, me and her walked down the stairs as if we were on E. No, we actually felt like we were on E. Kids, DON'T DO DRUGS!

I watched New Moon yesterday with my friend Felicity, it wasn't fangirl-ish at all! I expected it to be really Edward themed but- No! It wasn't anything similar to the first one! It's a whole new film! I recommend watching both Avatar and New Moon as they are both good movies!

Since I haven't update this blog for a month, lots had happened. I bought a Holga finally. Gonna take first pic with it tomorrow, of course objects are gonna be Christmas decorations. I might also get a DSLR, which I've been wondering whether Canon or Nikon will do best. Let's see how it goes ha!

Kudos for me! After years of guessing, now I'm starting to have the ability to differ northern and southern English accents. Yay!

Meh! I learnt how to count 1-10 in lots more languages last night, now I can count 1-10 in 5 languages!

Lastly, let me wish you all a merry merry christmas! Although I don't feel any christmassy at all this year. I iz grinch?

It's been a while

Wow! It's been a while since I last blogged here! Nevermind, just forget about that and we're cool!

I've been addicted to Skype a lot lately! Skype made me feel terrible, as it has proved that I can't speak French! (avec Jeremie :D)! Merci beaucoup :D! Also, it proved that I can't understand northern English accents!

Lately, I've started knitting- AGAIN! Which went fairly bad as I've always been saying, I'm an idiot, I just couldn't understand how to knit, meh! That's very silly of me that I've lost my wallet earlier! My ID card, student card, membership cards etc were all gone! Cheers, thief!

By the way, I've been improving a lot on drumming:D! Which I'm very pleased! I can now finally "drum" D:! Yays for me!

Finally, I've spent like $3000 today at Esprit lol, crazy I know! Now I have a lovely knitted coat and also a very lovely scarf for me winter! (Btw btw, I love scarfs a lot :D!)

Awful Picnic

So yes, I'm back from the picnic, it was two days ago.

I can say that it's the WORST SCHOOL PICNIC EVER. The place was super, mega, tres, tres dirty. There were poop everywhere, so it smells! Other than that, there were monkeys of course, plus a lot , A LOT of bees and insects and huge ants. Insects are the stuff I hate a lot a lot. I gotta use the word "stuff" cause I don't even know what insects are. Berg.

It was a really really bad day! We've been walking for like 45 mins, and suddenly, our teacher said we were walking in the wrong way. OK, it was steep, and hot (28 C), and almost noon, so that means the sun is right up our heads! We were sweating like hell, and so, we gotta walk for 30-45 more mins till we got to our bbq place.

We got there, we were all exhausted. Me and a couple of girls had to go to the toilet, the toilet is tres loin, VERY FAR AWAY! We had to walk for an hour to go to the toilet.

After that, one of my friends got stung by a bee. One of my classmates lost her forks (she brought them from her home, so they were steel!). She found them back in a rubbish bin -_____-.

Seriously, we've been walking for at least 3.5 hours that day. After that, me and Felicity had drumming lessons, we couldn't even step on the bass drum's pedal.

For me, it's more pathetic. On Wednesday, I had to do my PE re-test, which was a 9-mins running test; the next day, Thursday, I had PE lessons, gotta run for like 8-9 mins again; the next day, Friday aka the picnic day, I've been walking for like 3.5 hours.

My feet were numb.

Pathetic.

More pathetically, I have to do another 9-mins running test this coming Thursday. GOD SAVE ME!

Plus I truly believe that I'll grow a few inches after this week, cause it involved too much feet exercises!

Yay! Finally done with my tests! I've got pretty good (well, or you may say it's pleasant) results. I didn't revise much really, I slept through the days and meh!

The shocking thing is - I've scored 100% in History! I was like "OH MY GOSHHHHH!"! I didn't really study hard for that, if you know me well, you must know that I'm no geek at all! Glad that I love History!

The other subjects were very VERY pleasing, but Chemistry disappointed me a lil. I thought I was doing well but nope, not very.

I guess that's enough about my results eh? Let's talk about something less geeky or related to school then.

Friday's gonna be school picnic, I'm not a happy bunny bout that tho. We're going to somewhere full of monkeys, and the monkeys are VERY fierce, they grab your bag, I mean seriously, they just GRAB. (Of course they grab your food too, that makes me worried because when I was a lil cute, adorable girl, monkeys grabbed my supermarket bag once, which was full of food. Meh!) I'm not looking forward to that, not at all really. Plus the sun is gonna shine a lot, gonna bring my Ray bans with me.

And yay! Mom said that she's gonna throw me outta Hong Kong the next summer, I'm planning a trip to the US hopefully (and more more hopefully, I wanna go to CALIFORNIA <33333!)

Long time no blog and this is it! I'm sure I'll blog more soon, as I think I'll have a lot to say/ rant about!

Hey wooop! I'm off to Down Under next wednesday/tuesday/thursday? Yay! To Sydney then to Melbourne! So I'm pretty sure I'll have a lot to update when I'm back!!!!

I wanna to say that urticaria is really annoying, especially when you didn't know you're allergic to alcohol and consumed a large amount of it. It has been 6 days since I've got it, I somehow wanna die because it's freaking itchy, and I have EVERYWHERE.

Summer holiday had started, with a pile of work = :(. Holidays = work + fun + being lazy. I want to learn photography so badly, ahh, what should I do? I haven't got a lot of summer left yea, and I still haven't finish the MASSIVE amount of work given. Oh by the way, it's way too hot to do anything under the sun- at least 30°C every single day, I love my sunscreen indeed.

I wanna get some nice bags for summer, that's why I looked up to Marcjacobs.com , I want to get some special items from that brand but unfortunately, the place where i'm living in got none of them. Anyone from the states would love to help? Ha! I really want to live in the states as there are loads of shop (I still have England in my mind, don't worry ;) )

Summer was meant to be fun but not really as I have to hand in my work in a month's time, INTENSE! I can't believe I don't really have much summers left, around 7 I guess (included uni ones). I don't wanna grow up, seriously.

Last Day?

So okie, last Thursday was actually the last school day of the year. Seems like I don't feel like it's a big deal or whatever. I don't know why, maybe because I don't really think that much stuff had happened through this year. This year went by sooo quickly, i really need to use a cliche expression - it's just like a blink of an eye.

I think I've did pretty well this year, been learning a lot , which is good. The only thing that I think it's a stain on a mat - every language i learn, I screw them up. Seriously, no matter Chinese, English or French, I ended up ¬_¬.

Chinese exams on Monday, not cool. I think I'm going to fail a bunch of subjects this time, ahh save me. Especially, and I'm gonna emphasize that- MATHS. Screw you maths, you've successfully made my life sh:/ter. I'm going to fail Maths I think, I've been working on it tho, but I think I'm still going to fail it, as I'm a Maths idiot , as always.

Hmm, I think I should type out things that I wanna do in the next few years :
* Learn German
* Speak French better (not fluently lol)
* Never get confused with English grammar stuffy
* Go to Canada (becuz of the dam Swine Flu, I probably can't go there this year :( )
* Go to somewhere in the world
* Go to London during 2012

Blah, I don't plan for a blog entry and that's what it ends like. I wanna get this pair of sunnies SO BADLY! It's like super sunny here in Hong Kong, and very hot too :( ! If anyone living in the other side of the world and you want some sun, I don't mind to share some with ya. It's just too hot, and I've forgotten to put on sun screen today , I nearly burnt myself, blaaah.

I'm looking really forward to Summer, hey hey hey! As I'm planning loads to do during it, sleepovers, drumming, swimming, cds buying. Ohhhh well, I think I should really get back to my revision, as I've wasted yesterday and today, 2 days in total which I should go and die in a hole. And yes, I know what's Present, Past and the Future tense, thanks for making me looking like an idiot again, and again.

It's been a while, yea?

I know I'm lazy, too busy (not really) too lazy....blah blah blah.

It's now almost summer, I'm very excited about this year's summer, unlike any of the summers i've ever had. I don't know why tho, maybe because of my tiny plans and stuff. I planned to visit Canada this summer, but unfortunately, because of the swine flu, I probably couldn't. That's like a stain in my imaginary perfect summer, but whatever, summer is still gonna be cool (hopefully).

I'm supposed to be revising, but i really cba. The computer is such a distraction, blergggg. Help me! I think I really should blog more, hah. Revising is going to be hardcore, since 5th June is gonna be the first day of my pathetic exam, it's also the last one so IF i screw that up, i'm screwed too. May everyone wish me luck.
Talking about the exam, as we heard from the teachers, they said that those exam papers were going to be hard (probably the hardest one throughout the year). Ahh, that's not cool. Why the hardest during my last chance? I'm worrying about my maths, my maths teacher is sooooo cool that no-one understands what the heck she's talking 'bout. That's cooolnnesss. I hope I'm not going to fail, as I know nothing about circles. Blerg.

I've been "investigating" something lately, haha. At school i meant. Was pretty fun, well the amount of gossiping i meant. Hmm, interesting, i don't even wanna talk about that too much on here, incase someone read this and i'm dead.

Wanna buy this camera sooo fricking much : My old one's shutter is a bit crazy, everytime i pressed it, I've gotta wait for a good few ten seconds to let it take a pic. That's ridiculous as this camera is actually pretty new, it's only one year old! I don't know what happened to it, it is a Canon too. I don't know why, but I really love everything Canoned (for pics stuff only). I wish i know how to use those DSLR cameras, the pics look sooo stunning if taken with one.

I love listening to electro stuffy lately, here's one of my new fav (both the song and the band) They're awesome!!!!

Alright, gonna head back to my "lovely" revising world, blooody hellll. I wish the 22nd of June is coming faster, as it's the day that this dreadful exam ends.

Hola, its me again. Sorry for not posting for a really long long time. I'm sorry :( .

I was so pissed off! Lets see why ha!

Once, there's a girl found me on youtube. She's from hong kong, but moved to Scotland. Then she and a guy (from youtube as well, born in hong kong, moved to down under) kept telling me that they hate whites and told me that western countries are shite and blah blah blah. Now, the girl posted a video with her WHITE friends. I posted a comment like so"did you tell me that you hate whites?" and she kept telling me to shut up.

Srsly, if you did something, why dont just stand out and admit it? You're now being a pathetic hypocrite. Additionally,racist according to one of my white friend lol.

Actually, they wanna act like a big bro or something. They scolded me because i typed "im a whore" at somewhere. Well, dudes, that's an inside joke with someone! So wtf do you wanna scold? They said im chinese and this is naughty, AS THEY SAID, if im a white, im not. So what? Why are YOU judging me? BECAUSE YOU ARE STUDYING OVERSEAS AND HATE IT AND THINKS YOU'RE COOL?

Ok, last friday was shite that makes me wanna make a post here.

I went mad, srsly.

I can wrap yesterday up with a word - SHITE!

1) I forgot to bring my artwork to school, which was a test.

2) Forgot my chinese book :/

3) Forogt my Chinese History worksheet.

4) Knew nothing about Science

5) Science worksheet gone and never coming back

6) RUNNING REALLY LATE back home

7) Rushed to meet my mum before the concert, I was late

8) Met my old primary school English teacher but couldnt say hi

9) My mum was mad at me

Ok, wasn't that shitty enough just for me? NO! Even my friends got involved... :

2. My eyes looks WAY bigger when I've just woke and not wearing glasses. (That also explains why I dont wear glasses when Im out :P)

Well, just been around xanga. Remembered why I choosed xanga at first rather than any other blogging sites. I've been using xanga since year 4...4 years before lol. I stupidly choosed it because I thought that less Hong Kong ppl are using Xanga. But now...EVERYone thinks that a xanga looks cool and all of them wants one, which is somoehow annoying to me, because as the reason i've just said.

Why is the title "fingers crossed"? Its simply because i hope my 51 things could be rendered sucessfully. Ive been trying for at least 10 times, like remaking it every single time...SONY VEGAS, i hate you :@!

Yep, after all those self-introduction. Im gonna type my thoughts of 2008.

2008, was the happiest and saddest year.

First, it was the happiest coz I went to London for the very first time.First trip without parents, first trip that the destination is somewhere outta Asia, first trip of spending money crazily on my own (£300 for 12days XD), first trip that stays in a host family's home. Host family was really nice, we are still keeping in touch now ...lol

Then, saddest? Probably my mum's remarriage and cutting my hair offfffff at the last day of 2008. Or you can say, saving money to leave Hong Kong. lol. My mum's remarriage had driven me crazy, really. I've been crying for nights coz I dont want my pa to know. The guy(her husband) was really mean to me. He likes to critize me...Like, saying ive a bad taste of whatever, saying Im fat (I agree on this tho). But I just hate the guy lol. Cutting my hair off? Urgh, I was about to cut those split ends of my hair and then... I found that the left side is bit longer than the right...I cut off the left a bit...Oh shite!!! The right is longer now :*(....There I go, I cut em all off...:(! I cried for 3 hours then...I realise that they will grow back, just dont know when... Lastly, Im saving money for leaving Hong Kong. Thats why I cant get myself a camcorder or something. I still need ta buy CDs!!!!! (I dont download legally coz my old comp dead coz by me downloading all stuff that contains virus...Sure I didnt know ;P)
